Return & Exchange Policy for Gold & Diamond Piercing

Exchange Policy:

Within 14 Days: One-time exchange allowed for the full piece amount.

After 14 Days: Exchange permitted with a 20% deduction from the payment amount.

Refund Policy:

Within 14 Days (Branches Only): Full refund available only for items with manufacturing defects.

Within 14 Days (Branches Only): If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
•⁠  ⁠All products must be unused
•⁠  ⁠Items must be in their original box and packaging
•⁠  ⁠Original invoice must be presented

Important Conditions:

Original invoice required for all refunds and exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In rare cases of damage or defects, please return the item as soon as possible, Contact our Customer Service for assistance.

Note: All returned items are carefully inspected. Refunds will not be issued for wear & non-manufacturing-related issues.
